I want a refund, this has major problems

It would record normally and do what its supposed to do, except the sound is removed when my own videos are imported. Not only that, but at random times the app will decide to not record sound with the video, so I get this video with no sound. I tried to capture an amazing moment with this app and it didnt record the G D sound. Im furious beyond belief and I want a refund.
