I just downloaded this app and it looks great except for the fact that I cant open it for more than 3 seconds without it force closing. :( Please fix this!! Im using iOS 8

This app has the potential to be great, but its impossible to even start using it since the app wont stay open for more than 1 second before it crashes. This is obviously a major flaw and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Oh wow its a decade old style of recording, so "retro". Kill yourselves

Pretty cool app. Being able to change the year on the display would be cool.

Love the app but I paid for something I cant use. Not happy. Fix that!

The application is good, but it need some fixes. For example, when I try to import a video and send it in a messenger message, the video doesnt want to send itself. In addition, we should be able to import pictures as well.

Voice of the video will disappear in the conversion.

Might be useful try the full featured application before buying it. Pay to unlock other features is not pleasant, although its just a small fee.

Bad app even the full version.

I paid to get the watermark removed and all that, and the recordings arent saving to my iPhone and it wont record sound. Refund me!

It doesnt import sound from your videos, do not buy

I love it and all but you guys need to remove the watermark for no cost so it can look way more realistic & you guys need to make it a little more vintage too cause it looks like just black & white so add a little color and more grainy.....

The app is decent, however when importing your own video to convert to this VHS style theme... The video gets choppy, the sound disappears and the video skips like crazy.

I like the updates to the app: tv mode and the new controls. This is such a fun app and it works better than the other clones.

There are better VHS apps than this one

The gradual zoom of the last version was one of the coolest and authentic parts of the app compared to other apps. Now the zoom is choppy and fake. Also now you have to fiddle with the settings to get an authentic look. Before it was spot on off the bat. Developer Please consider revising this update.

I wasnt too happy with the app when I first got it but after the new update this has become my fav VHS app. I love how I can adjust the contrast and brightness. what I didnt like at first was that the colors were too gray but now you can adjust the colors so you wont have that problem. However, I really do wish there were some filters like tv glitches, blue no signal screens, that would make this app the best VHS app on the App Store.

It would record normally and do what its supposed to do, except the sound is removed when my own videos are imported. Not only that, but at random times the app will decide to not record sound with the video, so I get this video with no sound. I tried to capture an amazing moment with this app and it didnt record the G D sound. Im furious beyond belief and I want a refund.

Could you guys please make the option of us uploading a picture and not just a video? please.

This doesnt look like VHS at all. Its just a bunch of lines of noise and a weird effect that mutes the colors. Not a cool effect.
